HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION

Follow these few easy steps to make your room reservations.

SHORT VERSION
Click on 'RESERVATIONS'. Choose your hotel from our Select List, by Name or Location/Star Category. Go to Booking Enquiry Form Complete form and submit. Shortly after you will receive an acknowledgement by email. Because of time zones, allow us up to 24 hours to process your enquiry. You may then either confirm a reservation, decline the recommendation, or request an alternative recommendation.
LONG VERSION
To begin, click on 'RESERVATIONS'. A new page will open that allows you two ways to make your hotel selection.
You can either choose a hotel from a
SELECT LIST, by NAME or STAR CATEGORY

If you wish to choose a hotel from our Select List, click the links to view profiles and photos of some of Dublin's premier quality hotels. You may then request the hotel of your preference from this highly recommended selection.

If you wish to choose a specific hotel by Name, that you know or that has been recommend to you, simply click the button to bring you directly to the Booking Enquiry form. Here you can enter the name of your preferred hotel.

If you wish to choose a hotel by LOCATION/STAR CATEGORY, a new page opens to display the different star ratings ……. from Two Star to Five Star. After deciding on the hotel category that you prefer, select the button for the Booking Enquiry form.

We select a top class hotel to match the Location and Star rating you have chosen. This is the most common and popular method used by customers, as the majority of enquirers will be unfamiliar with the various Dublin hotels, their standards and their locations. Read through the information on the different Star Categories to find the hotel class and price that suits you best.

Complete the Booking Enquiry form, making sure to include all your accommodation requirements. Submit the form through our secure server.
Please allow us some time to process your enquiry as this can take up to 24 hours due to time zone factors.

Shortly after you submit your form, you will receive an email to acknowledge your booking enquiry. A customer representative will now be working specially on your request.
If you have asked for a hotel by name, we will straight away process your enquiry directly with that hotel. If you have chosen a category -- for example, Three Star - we will make the very best choice in terms of price, location and accommodation to meet your needs. If there is a delay in receiving an email acknowledgement, please check that the email address you submitted is correct, or contact us directly by clicking the link at the bottom of the page.

When we have selected the best hotel to suit your enquiry, we will then email you with all relevant information, full reservation details, accommodation costs and a booking reference number.
After you receive these details, you can then decide to either confirm a reservation, decline the recommendation, or otherwise request an alternative recommendation. We put a lot of effort into finding the best hotels for our customers, and we are concerned to know that you are happy with our choice.
