The Royal Marine Hotel, established in 1828, will reopen this April following an extensive redevelopment. Situated in an elevated site, set in four acres of landscaped gardens overlooking Dublin Bay, the new look four star hotel offers consists of 152 superior rooms, 54 executive rooms with balconies and 22 suites located in the main Victorian building.
On the ground floor of the hotel, the Bay Lounge will benefit from a restoration of its unique characteristics, ideal for afternoon teas overlooking the gardens and harbour. The gastro-style pub will incorporate modern design with classical dishes and is set over two floors making it suitable for small intimate parties and private gatherings. The hotel’s bistro-styled restaurant will combine a modern Epicurean menu and an eclectic wine list. The bistro offers attractive views over the harbour with a mix of both modern and period design features. The leisure centre features an 18 meter infinity pool and cardiovascular exercise facility. The luxurious spa is a new addition to this rejuvenated hotel. The spa features nine treatment rooms including a Razul chamber, a hydrotherapy bath and dry flotation room. The Royal Marine Hotel is situated 5 mintues walking distance from the DART, which has direct route access into Dublin City Centre.
